Minimum dive experience requirements: All divers must be Advanced to join wreck dive trips, and all must have dived in the past 12 months for all trips or you will be required to do a check dive as part of the first dive of the day.

How your day out unfolds:

We offer 2- and 3-tank day trips by dive boat from Ao Nang Beach. Lunch, fresh fruit, hot drinks and drinking water are served during the trips. Please wait for your pick up in your hotel reception area at 7:30 am; the boat returns at 5 pm, but this will vary depending on dive site distance. Normal boat journey times range from 45 minutes to 3 hours. Qualified divemasters are provided for every 4 divers.

Our scuba day trips in Krabi are made on a comfortable dive vessel; it normally takes up to 20 divers. The boat has a shaded sun deck/seating area for boat briefings and relaxation, European toilet and shower, kit up area, storage area, steel ladders, fully serviced filled tanks. It also features standard safety and navigational equipment including an oxygen system, first aid kit, fire extinguishers, life jackets, marine radio, compass, GPS and fishfinder.

Dive sites:
As well as the nearby local diving spots, you can visit the Phi Phi Islands. These day trips run all year round. Special daytrips to Koh Ha may be arranged during the High Season (November to April). For more information on all these locations, visit: Krabi dive sites.

Daytrip prices normally include:
Full set of rental scuba equipment, Ao Nang, Klong Muang and Tubkaek hotel transfers, lunch, drinking water, dives, weights and weight-belts, tanks, professionally qualified divemaster, snorkeling gear (mask/fins), sales tax.
Prices exclude (mandatory, unless customer provides own): Park fees (Phi Phi: USD 19, Ao Nang: USD 13. Unless otherwise stated, all the listed items need to be paid on arrival.
Optional extras: Dive computer USD 9 per day, dive insurance. Note: prices of items purchased on site are subject to change.

Non-divers and snorkellers Phi Phi: USD 78 / Ao Nang: USD 47 per day.

Day trip safety:

There are 2 re-compression chambers on nearby Phuket Island, 50 km west of Ao Nang. There is a 24 hour scuba medical facility on Nopparat Thara Beach. For general accidents, there is a hospital 16 km away in Krabi Town. We recommend divers have their own dive insurance policy - see our insurance programme for a competitive quotation:
